Tomato Corn Soup

Tomato Corn Soup Ingredients: Tomato 1 Kg Butter 2 oz Black Pepper 1 tsp Cream 4 oz Salt to taste Sweet Corn 1 Tin Corn Flour 2 to 3 Tbsp Recipe: Add a pinch of salt and four cups of water to boil tomatoes. once they soften and boil. Using a strainer or juicer, mash them and extract the juice. Add 3 tablespoons of corn flour and butter to a large saucepan. Add tomato juice next, and then add the canned corn. After adding 1 tsp of red chili powder, heat till boiling. Maintain it over low heat so that the soup thickens. To change the soup's consistency, add more water if needed. Before serving, drizzle some cream over the top to enhance the presentation.

Russian Salad

Russian Salad Ingredients: 2 Green Apples 1/4 Kg Cucumbers 1/4 Kg Boil Potatoes 1/4 Kg Boil Peas 1/4 Kg Salad Tomatoes 1/4 Kg Turnip 3 Green Chilies 1 Cup Yogurt 1 tsp Red Chile Powder 1 Cup Mayonnaise Sauce 1 Lemon Recipe : Place the yogurt into a bowl, and mix with all the chopped vegetables. Next, thoroughly mix the red chili powder and salt. Include Myonaise as well. Before serving, thoroughly combine and refrigerate.
