Blender Onion Soup
2 Onion
2 Oz Butter
4 Cup Chicken Soup (Stock)
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt & Pepper To taste
1 Oz Cheese
Recipe:
Slice the onion very thinly. Add the butter to the pan and use it to sauté the onion. After they get golden brown, remove and crush them.
After mixing and heating the corn flour and chicken stock, add the crushed onion. To taste, add salt and pepper. Cook it to the consistency you want. Before serving, place a slice of cheese on top of the bowl
