   Tomato Corn Soup  

                      


Ingredients:


Tomato 1 Kg

Butter 2 oz

Black Pepper 1 tsp

Cream 4 oz

Salt to taste

Sweet Corn 1 Tin

Corn Flour 2 to 3 Tbsp




 

Recipe:


Add a pinch of salt and four cups of water to boil tomatoes. once they soften and boil. Using a strainer or juicer, mash them and extract the juice.



Add 3 tablespoons of corn flour and butter to a large saucepan. Add tomato juice next, and then add the canned corn. After adding 1 tsp of red chili powder, heat till boiling. Maintain it over low heat so that the soup thickens.


To change the soup's consistency, add more water if needed. Before serving, drizzle some cream over the top to enhance the presentation.
